Supply chain coordinator role | Full time hours | 6 month contract | Minto Location

Your new company
Our client is an established manufacturing and logistics business. They are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join their head office in Minto for a 6-month contract.

Your new role
- Coordinate office activities involved with purchasing goods and services.
- Provides sales support
- Communicating with stakeholders
- Prepare order documentation
- Allocate international freight costs to product groups and scrutinise invoices
- Assist with procurement and planning objectives
- Assists with the reviews of inventory holdings by branch to determine stock requirements and ensures replenishment model is updated.
- Responsible for coordination of supply chain activities related to procurement, inventory, engineering and quality
- Other admin duties

What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- SAP experience highly desirable
- Must have Supply chain/logistics, business, or commerce experience.
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise urgent tasks and requirements.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, MS office.
