**The Position**

This is an opportunity for an Operations professional to join their highly successful team. Cross training is available for a dedicated and ambitious individual looking for further development.

The specific requirements and responsibilities of this role include:

- be the liaison point for Import / Export Customers including processing of documentation
- have solid knowledge of all freight processes & reporting requirements
- coordinate bookings with customers, transport, shipping
- be the liaison point with overseas offices & agents
- pro-actively update customers on any issues that may occur
- manage situations that arise with the customers

**Who You Are**

We are looking for someone with experience in Imports OR Exports OR Cartage freight forwarding.
- Freight Forwarding operational experience
- CargoWise experience is highly beneficial
- Solid communications skills
- Team minded attitude

**Salary**: $65,000 - $80,000 + Super (negotiable pending skills / experience)
