**Your new role**

The Import Coordinator is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

- Liaising with customers and overseas offices to coordinate import inquiries and shipments
- Liaising with Clients, Carriers, and our over sea's partners
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service to our Clients
- Coordinate FAK containers, Including but not limited to Co-Ordination of Bookings, Dangerous Goods, Container Packing, and wharf Delivery
- Client Invoicing
- Ensure Compliance with Australian Customs
- Quote Rates
- Participating in general office and warehouse tasks as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a similar position
- A "can do" attitude
- Ability to work in a high volume and fast-paced environment is essential
- Have a current driver's license and own transport
- Experience with CargoWise 1 will be an advantage, however not essential
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Confident in conflict resolution
- Advanced negotiation and relationship skills
- High-level customer service skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- High attention to detail and strong planning and organization skills
