**_ Job Description_**

We are looking for both Mid-level and Senior Proactive Office Administrator/Manager Professional with exceptional stakeholder management skills. As an **Office Administrator/Manager w**ill support all administrative and reception functions within the Company whilst achieving KPI's.

**Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Customer Service
- Reception Duties
- Word Processing
- Data entry and filing
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Petty cash management
- Maintaining office supplies
- Housekeeping
- Ad hoc tasks
- Preparing communications on behalf of the Director
- Answering phone calls
- Organizing travel and itineraries
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Conducting or preparing any research that the Director may require
- Run errands for certain Private & Confidential assignments

**To be successful in this position you must possess the following**:

- **_Knowledge of administration and bookkeeping procedures_**:

- **_Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)_**:

- **_At least 5 years’ experience as a Office Administrator/ Manager _**:

- **_Excellent written and verbal communication skills_**:

- **_Polite and professional phone manner_**:

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Knowledge of MYOB is an advantage but not a pre-requisite
- Reliable and dependable with a positive can-do attitude
