Digital Marketing Specialist

**Who We Are Looking For**

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Sydney office. In this role, you will act as USANA’s communications expert across Australia & New Zealand. You will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful awareness, consideration and conversion campaigns that engage and inspire channels, customers and prospects.

**What You Will Do as a USANA **Digital Marketing Specialist**
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop a comprehensive communications strategy to drive awareness, interest, and engagement across various touchpoints.
- Lead the social media strategy across all paid, owned and earned channels.
- Create and deliver clear, actionable creative and performance marketing briefs to guide project execution.
- Monitor analytics and create data-driven recommendations to optimize investment and campaign performance.
- Stay up to date on industry and marketing trends, using insights to adjust strategies and practices.
- Support the Marketing Manager and senior management in delivering successful business outcomes.
- Maintain consistent, effective and respectful communications, and establish an efficient channel of communication with corporate teams, managers, colleagues, and customers.
- Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed.

**Background and Skills You Will Need**
- A minimum of 3-years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, or related field.
- Effective time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Interest in Health and Beauty an advantage.
- An analytical mind with the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Demonstrated results driven website traffic and new customer acquisition.
- Practical experience in creating paid and organic campaigns across social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Experience working with customer engagement platforms e.g. Emarsys, HubSpot, Active Campaign etc.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads, with hands-on experience in SEM tools like Google Keyword planner or SEMrush.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva to develop visually appealing assets.
- A smart, adaptable, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive, “can do” attitude.
- Must be detail-oriented and results-oriented, experience working in complex environments and ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct safety threat to others or self.
