The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing

marketing strategies to support the company ́s growth objectives. The role focuses on

strengthening Buildit & Co's brand in the construction industry trough digital channels,

advertising campaigns and strategic collaborations.

Tasks:

  1. Create and manage digital content (website, social media, newletters) to increase brand

awareness and client engagement.

  1. Coordinate the design and production of promotional materials, including brochures,

presentations, and project showcases.

  1. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyse consumer trends, and support

sales objectives.

  1. Support the organisation of events, client presentations, and industry expos to promote

Build it & Co's projects.

  1. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote construction services such as

home, building, extensions, and renovations.

  1. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing

recommendations for improvements.

  1. Advise management on marketing strategies, pricing, and client communications.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business or Communications

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role

Skills:

  • Creativity and attention to detail in campaign development and execution

  • Strong organisational and project management skills

  • Knowledge of branding, advertising and social media management

  • Ability to create and manage digital marketing content

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and consumer trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,515.00 per year
