Our client is an innovative wellness product group that is rapidly expanding and specializes in developing premium health supplements and skincare products for customers worldwide. They are confident in their ability to create products of the highest quality, and they firmly believe that beauty is more than skin-deep. They are passionate about delivering convenient solutions for health and wellbeing, and their market-leading products have been sold in 3 continents. It's exciting to have a new headcount of the International Sales Manager joining this evolving business
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To achieve success in sales, it is important to have a clear vision and set both short and long-term objectives for the international market.
- Identifying opportunities in targeted markets, and expanding into untapped market segments, to create a strong foundation for growth.
- Regularly analysing and monitoring competitor activities, as well as product, market, and industry trends, is essential to maintain a competitive edge.
- Building strong relationships with key customer accounts based on reliability, friendship, and going above and beyond in customer service is the key to success.
- In addition, strive to excel in general sales admin tasks such as following up on purchase orders and generating and analysing sales/campaign reports.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, business plans, and proposals, as well as negotiating with key clients for the best resources for the business/products, are important responsibilities to embrace with enthusiasm.
- Account management experience in SEA, Europe, and US FMCG channels is preferred, great addition to have if any experience in Middle East market.
