As a Key Account Manager/Management Consultant at Hampr, you’ll be central to delivering strategic objectives and improving operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze current systems and processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements that align with company goals.
- Conduct reviews to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Design strategic solutions and tailor business strategies to align with growth goals.
- Develop actionable plans that optimize the workplace experience and drive long-term success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges, engage in consultative discussions, and design plans that foster growth.
- Build lasting relationships with high-value clients, identifying opportunities to increase engagement.
- Conduct client needs assessments, optimize platform use, and provide customized solutions.
- Develop bespoke programs to meet client requirements while ensuring budget adherence and service excellence.
- Support the smooth adoption of process improvements by assisting with implementation, providing revised instructions, and ensuring seamless transitions to new technologies.
- Identify key metrics and generate reports to support high-value customer growth.
- Analyze data to improve client relationships, ensuring strategies align with business objectives.
- Manage the delivery of corporate programs such as Staff Lunch and Office Pantry Programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and optimizing service delivery. Act as the primary escalation point for related queries
- Leverage catering and pantry management expertise to refine programs and stock control systems, continually seeking ways to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure high-value clients are trained on platform use, maximizing their business potential.
- Provide personalized solutions that cater to client needs and contribute to long-term success.
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- Minimum Master’s degree in Business, Management or a relevant discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a management or consulting role.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of management methodologies and industry best practices.
- Experience in budget tracking, cost analysis, and financial oversight.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability in critical thinking, problem-solving, and influencing.
- Demonstrated adaptability and self-management in dynamic environments.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- A collaborative mindset with a strong focus on teamwork and shared outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Miro, Salesforce, Trello, Zoho Suite, SPSS, HubSpot, Zendesk, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, ZoomInfo, etc.
