Key Account Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing operational requirements for major clients and handling international and domestic freight movements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all operational requirements for key customers in the UK.
- Coordinate international and domestic freight movements, including sea, air, and land imports and exports.
- Analyze trends within the business and develop solutions to maintain positive momentum or correct negative patterns.
- Implement best practice processes to achieve high GP delivery and minimize financial impact.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and retain customer accounts.
- Ensure account profitability is maximized and loss-making accounts are addressed with management.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
