Head of Member Services Pillar

**About the Role**:
As the Head of Member Services Pillar, you'll oversee multiple Centres of Excellence (COEs), managing service operations to deliver outstanding member experiences. This senior role focuses on strategic engagement, operational account management, and evolving service models in partnership with key stakeholders. You'll lead initiatives to exceed client satisfaction, support revenue growth, and champion continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic engagement frameworks and operational plans.
- Manage service delivery across COEs, ensuring operational excellence and KPI achievement.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to the client regarding performance against service level agreements.
- Deliver an integrated seamless product that removes boundaries between business areas
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives to support regulatory requirements.Thought leadership and ability to solve complex problems using all of the information, relationships and resources at your disposal.
**About You**:
- 5+ years’ senior leadership experience in large, complex environments.
- Proven background in superannuation or financial services, with strategic growth expertise.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of superannuation legislation and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, driving high performance and employee engagement.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Budgeting and financial forecasting.RG 146 qualifications desirable.
