We are on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Health Programs and Promotions Lead to join our Customer Health Hub and help us make this dream a reality.

Reporting to the Squad Lead for Everyday Wellbeing, this role will lead elements of the strategy, design, development, implementation, and optimisation of the preventative health into Live Better innovation roadmap and, other future everyday wellbeing initiatives. The initial focus will be on developing, deploying, scaling, and optimising a pipeline of preventative health into Live Better offerings. The overarching goal is to have a positive health and wellbeing impact in our customers’ lives through rewards and education.

This role will work with a range of stakeholders across Medibank business units (including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Tech to name a few), facilitating collaboration and the successful design and implementation of everyday wellbeing health initiatives.

**Day to day, this role will see you**:

- Deciding if your day is best spent working from home or the office. We don’t go for mandated office attendance here at Medibank, but we will need you to come along to team days and events when they’re on.
- Managing the research and strategy development of our health & wellbeing programs and promotions across the initiative lifecycle, including identifying and managing partnerships, co-designing initiatives, quantifying expected benefits (including health and commercial), and leading teams responsible for implementation and evaluation.
- Developing a pipeline of preventative health into Live Better programs and promotions.
- Designing and leading project implementation plans including coordinating inputs by internal and external team members and sequencing of project activities.
- Conducting competitor and market analysis related to everyday wellbeing and health programs and promotions to provide insights and recommendations on opportunities.
- Managing overall performance and effectiveness of the portfolio, providing analysis and insights on performance and key metrics.
- Taking some time to recharge your batteries and encouraging others to do the same - you might grab a takeaway coffee and head out for a walking one on one with a team member, get to the gym for a lunchtime class or block out calendar time to attend to your childs school assembly.

This role would be a perfect match for an experienced health professional looking to grow their career with a large organisation. You will have a solid track record in delivering health initiatives with positive outcomes with a focus on identifying and designing solutions to improve customer health and meet business objectives.

We will need you to bring your strong project management and communication skills, to ensure all of the plates you have in the air keep spinning. Your expert ability to synthesise and translate health literature, concepts and data into meaningful insights will also ensure your success in the role, as will any additional experience in strategy, innovation or digital health.
