**About the opportunity**:
Sigma Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to join our People & Culture team at our Preston support office. Reporting to the Recruitment & Onboarding Team Lead, this role supports recruitment and onboarding across our national store network, including Chemist Warehouse, Chemist Warehouse Optometry, and Ultra Beauty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment using our ATS & HRIS, from job ads to contract generation.
- Collect and verify onboarding documentation to ensure timely and compliant onboarding.
- Provide system support and guidance to hiring managers.
- Respond to recruitment queries via inbox and phone.
- Ensure accurate data integration with payroll systems (KRONOS).

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer literacy skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
