About the Role

In this 12-month fixed-term opportunity, as People & Capability Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for People & Culture queries and a key support across recruitment, onboarding, systems, and reporting. You'll work closely with our Head of Remuneration & Benefits, P&C Business Partners, and Payroll to deliver seamless people experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing employment documentation (contracts, variations, parental leave letters)
  • Updating our HRIS and ensuring data accuracy
  • Supporting the end-to-end candidate recruitment journey including job advert postings, candidate screening, coordinating interviews, through to offer management and onboarding
  • Administering Working Rights and Police Checks
  • Coordinating service awards and assisting with benefits
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders in SAP S4/HANA
  • Assisting with P&C projects and reporting
  • Managing the HR Assist inbox and responding to employee queries

About You

We are seeking a forward-thinking and people-focused professional who is energised by the opportunity to create impact. You will bring:

  • Experience working within a HR or People & Culture support role
  • Strong understanding of HR foundations and systems
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills, with proven attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • A proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset
