About the Opportunity

Join Sigma Healthcare's People & Culture team as a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator, supporting our national store network including Chemist Warehouse, Chemist Warehouse Optometry, and Ultra Beauty.

Reporting to the Recruitment & Onboarding Team Lead, this role is pivotal in delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience across the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using our ATS & HRIS, from job ads to contract creation.
  • Collect and verify onboarding documentation, ensuring timely completion.
  • Provide system support and guidance to hiring managers.
  • Respond to recruitment queries via inbox and phone.
  • Assist with advertising, talent pooling, and sourcing candidates for stores nationwide.
  • Ensure compliance and data integration with payroll systems (KRONOS) for new starters.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer literacy skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
