Operations Services Coordinator

We're looking for a Operations Services Coordinator to join our fast-paced team, supporting national contracts and driving operational excellence behind the scenes.


About the Role

As a Operations Services Coordinator, you'll play a vital role supporting our operations across Australia.

You'll coordinate staff onboarding, inductions, stock management, and periodical cleaning schedules, keeping our internal systems accurate, our teams supported, and our contracts running efficiently.

You'll work closely with Operations Managers and the Business Services Support Team to ensure every process is on track, every task is completed, and every detail is right.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate staff inductions, documentation, and onboarding compliance.
  • Track and support leave coverage, rostering updates, and workforce planning.
  • Manage stock and consumable ordering across multiple contracts.
  • Maintain periodical cleaning schedules and follow up on completion.
  • Monitor helpdesk workflows to ensure SLA deadlines are met.
  • Support reporting, data entry, and contract documentation accuracy.

What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years' experience in operations, scheduling, or business support.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with solid data and Excel skills.
  • A proactive, reliable, and accountable attitude.
  • Experience in cleaning, facilities, or service-based industries (preferred).
