**About You**:

A genuine desire to offer the highest quality assistance for persons with disabilities, as well as the capacity to create good connections with clients and other stakeholders, is required.
**The Role**
The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for working with clients to achieve their goals and ensuring they receive the services and care they need to help them live their lives their way. The Coordinator is also responsible for the supervision, safety, coordination of training requirements, and performance management of support workers to meet and exceed the expectations of the clients we serve.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with clients to identify their goals, support goal achievement and ensure they receive great care and support, every time.
- Manage intake, assessment and onboarding of new clients
- Monitor client engagement including support goals, outcomes, and reviews
- Mentor and guide Personal Support Workers, ensuring clients and business needs are met
- Contribute to the recruitment of Personal Support Workers to match client needs
- Timely and effective management of incidents and feedback
- Support the development of recruitment strategies to align with client requirements.
- Proven experience in building relationships with key stakeholders and clients preferable
**Key Requirements**
- Experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential
- Understanding of NDIS
- Person-centred (problem-solving), decision making and leadership
- High-level critical thinking
- Highly effective time management
- NDIS Workers Clearance Check
- WWC Card
- Valid Driving license
