Email Marketing Co-ordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating the proofing & approvals process to attain stakeholder feedback
- Communicating campaign details and audience segmentation
- Assist with QA to ensure 100% error-free execution on campaign elements and set-up
- Supporting the CRM team’s A/B testing goals and requirements
- Assist CRM team with process improvements, quality checks, logging errors, and escalating potential issues
- Collaborate with retail, merch and design teams to improve asset delivery processes
- Support weekly planning and strategy
- Additional marketing support where required
**Requirements**:
- Retail experience highly desireable
- Deep understanding of analytics with a proven track record of using data to drive decisions
- Proactive with strong project management skills
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and willing to wear multiple hats at times
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple departments, team player
- Proficiency in an internal project management tool a plus
- Strong written and verbal skills
