**About this role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated **Team Co-ordinator** to join our vibrant and enthusiastic Marketing and Communications group based in **Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. **You will be providing effective administration support to business services teams for Marketing and Communications and Arup University.

**What will I do?**
- Administrative tasks relating to financial management of the Group including but not limited to; following up missing timesheets; organising purchase orders and creditor invoice approval, time transfers and approval and preparation of invoices;
- Assisting with budget updating and project forecasting via in-house Arup systems and confirmation with team leaders on budgeting requirements;
- Attending meetings, forums, conferences, etc. including but not limited to; preparation of presentations, agendas, papers and minutes; and
- Booking travel and accommodation in line with Arup policies and procedures and understanding the overview of AMS requirements.

**What will I bring?**
- Relevant industry experience as an Administrator or Coordinator within a Marketing function or similar;
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous;
- Ability to involve all members of the team in delivering objectives, professionals, and support staff;
- Strong organisational skills and comfortable in a leading role in tasks and activities; and
- Fantastic interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
