**Your New Role**

As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the People & Culture team, managing all aspects of recruitment. Working from both our South Melbourne office and Warehouse in Dandenong South, you will drive attraction and retention strategies, support recruitment for high-volume warehousing positions as well as specialised roles in marketing, sales, finance, and customer service. You’ll be instrumental in establishing best practice recruitment processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Your Day to Day**
- Align recruitment practices with frank green’s culture, attracting high-quality talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide market insights to hiring managers, guiding data-driven hiring decisions.
- Support and coach hiring managers throughout recruitment processes.
- Ensure effective onboarding for all new hires.

**What You Need**
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to guide managers through the recruitment process.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a focus on data-informed decisions.
- Experience with ATS and CRM systems, using them to enhance recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices in recruitment.
