We Are Hiring – Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Fifth Settlement – South 90 Street

Industry: Real Estate

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate industry to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
  • Conduct interviews and ensure a great candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Real Estate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies at once.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
