- General office administration
- Xero accounting package including reconciliation, journal entries
- Strong computer literacy
- Learn and pick up new systems with efficiency
- You are organised with attention to detail, data analysis skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- You are clear in your communication both written and verbal
- End-to-end accounts payable and receivables functions
- Daily management of accounts’ inbox
- Purchase order creation and allocation
- Onboard new customer accounts
- The ability to anticipate support needs and multi-task
- Ensure all personnel are aware of their duties and daily activities via CRM - Tradify
- Creating jobs
- Purchasing
- Track expenditure and allocation of costings
- Invoicing
- Supporting management reporting functions and month-end processes
- Liaise directly with suppliers and internal staff to resolve issues when required
- Respond to supplier queries promptly & professionally
- Group Payroll - Xero
- Be the internal contact between the company and our external accounting team and Directors
- Assist in the preparation of documents and reports including but not limited to; insurance certificates, and various project reports
- Assist with general ad hoc office administration and secretarial duties to support the Directors
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Directors on the business operations as required
- Occasional travel to and from the two Mako Marine sites - Berowra Waters and Empire Marina Bobbin Head
- Salary dependent on experience
Essential, Current NSW driver’s licence and own transport
**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Office administration: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- NSW Driver's Licence and own transport (required)
