Level 1 Helpdesk Officers -Adelaide

**Contract Opportunities | Immediate Start | Onsite Support**

We are seeking **Level 1 Desktop Support Engineers** to join our client's IT support team on a contract basis, providing essential first-level support across our **Adelaide** and **Cairns** offices.

**Role Locations & Duration**:

- **Adelaide**
- Start: ASAP
- End: January 2026 (limited extension potential)
- Office: Adelaide, SA 5000
- **Cairns**
- Start: 6 October 2025
- End: 19 November 2025 (Short contract)
- Office: Cairns, QLD 4870

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide 1st level IT support (phone-based and face-to-face).
- Create new user accounts and set up devices/workstations for new employees.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in Level 1 IT support.
- Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft technology stack.
- Familiarity with M365 services.
- Experience with file and print server troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Contract Details**:

- **Budget**: Market rate
- **Working Arrangements**: 3-4 days in the office.
- **Hours**: Up to 8 hours per day.
