We now have an excellent opportunity for a level 1 Helpdesk Officer to commence their IT career and join our ICT team

**About the role**

As an ICT Helpdesk Officer you will be the first point of contact for all helpdesk calls and requests and responsible for providing first level technical support and assistance for any system related problems to employees throughout the business.

Reporting to the Team Leader Helpdesk & Support, the position provides for some degree of task level autonomy and accountability with general guidance and direction from the Team Leader and System Support Analysts.

**About you**

This position would suit a highly motivated and customer centric individual with a keen interest in IT, accompanied by excellent written and verbal communication skills, high level analytical and great problem solving skills.

Experience in a helpdesk environment would be advantageous and supporting studies relating to IT will be well regarded.

Please note this position requires occasional on-call on Monday to Friday 5pm-8pm and Saturdays from 8am-1pm.
