**ROLE**
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be
**r**esponsible for providing first and second level support to clients, handling helpdesk tickets, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will provide remote troubleshooting, uses a ticketing system (Kaseya and Autotask), and works with a monitoring and management product, as well as being involved in projects as needed. With your exceptional communication skills, you will work in a collaborative and supportive team environment to contribute to a great customer experience for a range of clients.
**YOU**
As an experience IT Helpdesk Technician you will utilise your outstanding customer services skills and advanced IT literacyto understand how to assist your customers, but also communicate clearly and efficiently with them, both verbally and in writing, all while demonstrating the following skills:
- Have experience in troubleshooting for Microsoft products, a strong understanding of operating systems in an MSP environment beneficial
- Love problem-solving and troubleshooting technical problems in a fast past environment
- Hold certifications in Microsoft MCP, MCSA, ITIL, or a relevant degree beneficial for this position
- Have an eagerness to learn, a high level of initiative, and proactive nature
