Smartsoft is a leading developer of practice management software for the Australian allied health industry, with a strong focus on providing quality products and services to its customers. We offer a professional and friendly work environment where our people are valued for their contribution.

We seek an applicant who shares our high standards to join our team to provide helpdesk and technical support for our professional clients.

The role will provide helpdesk and technical support for our software products' telephone, email and online chat enquiries. Further, you will work with management and the software development team to relay customer feedback to help improve our products and services.

  • Excellent general IT skills

A tertiary IT, business or teaching qualification will help you obtain this position, however this is not required. We are looking for capable people who can advance to take on more senior roles in our helpdesk, Business Care or software development areas in the future.

Previous helpdesk or customer service experience would be advantageous but not necessary for this position, as training will be provided.
