You will drive real impact through the delivery of the Sunnyfield strategy, operational plans and performance outcomes that strengthen and grow service delivery, team and cultural performance, financial viability and innovation. **About You**
- People leadership is your strong point, you’re highly self-aware of people leadership and capability needs and opportunities and have demonstrated experience supporting successful leadership development in others.
- You have a proven background balancing operational planning, delivering operational excellence, leading and embedding change, whilst achieving outcomes across customers, people, growth, quality and financial performance.
- You enjoy planning, engaging stakeholders and communicating business plans and reports through your highly developed communication skills.
- You’re determined to make a positive difference to clients’ lives, your team, and your local community
- You can lead and collaborate in a dynamic team environment with flexibility and a strong sense of ownership
- You have a flair for creativity (or you can inspire creativity in other others) and can turn ideas into reality
- You have demonstrated ability to engage, communicate and build partnerships with a diverse range of people
