**About the Role**
Are you a compassionate go-getter ready to make a real impact? As a Support Worker at Sunnyfield, you will play a vital role in transforming the lives of individuals with disabilities. You’ll empower clients to engage in social activities, develop essential life skills, and connect with their communities. Your journey to making a difference starts here

**Key Responsibilities**:
Supporting clients to live an active lifestyle and participate in their community through the delivery of a range of person-centred programs
Work to behaviour support plans using positive behaviour strategies.
Provide personal and hygiene care with empathy and respect.
Communicate regularly with families to share clients' progress.
Maintain accurate records and progress notes to ensure quality support.

**About You**
You are driven by a passion for making a difference With your positive energy and collaborative spirit, you thrive in a dynamic team environment. Your creativity, organization, and strong communication skills enable you to build meaningful relationships.
Key Qualifications:
Experience in the disability sector with a strong understanding of supporting high-needs clients.
Flexibility to work across different services, locations and teams within e.g. 1-on-1 clients homes or in community, including weekends
Comfort and willingness to assist with personal and hygiene care.
Personal qualities of resilience, empathy, and confidence.
Current NSW drivers license
High levels of enthusiasm, initiative, and a commitment to integrity and respect.
