About the role:
The primarily responsible of the role is to provide administrative support to the Learning and Development Department, to assist in the carrying out of its training programs and to contribute with administrative support of HR Department when required.
Your responsibilities will include to:
- Manage and maintain Sunnyfield's Training Database
- Coordinate participants registrations and enrolment details
- Coordinate, liaise and provide support to trainers
- Enter attendance records, training evaluations, produce attendance certificates and ensure purchase orders are raised
- Manage the training calendar, scheduling of rooms and co-ordination of resources
- Respond to general training enquiries and communicate with people at all levels
About you:
- Training qualifications - desirable
- Previous experience using a learning management system - desirable
- Sound computer skills using Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in a team environment
- Strong organisational skills including the ability to manage and prioritise a wide range of tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
