About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of Shared Living services in the Northern Beaches. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind:

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

Champion high-quality services by supporting Home and Lifestyle Leads to deliver exceptional outcomes in Supported Independent Living (SIL).

Inspire, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve success against key performance indicators.

Oversee program budgets, ensuring financial goals are met without compromising service quality.

Develop and implement Performance Enhancement Plans, addressing underperformance with fairness and efficiency.

Recruit, retain, and nurture community support workers who share Sunnyfield's values and vision.

Manage complaints and incidents with professionalism, ensuring compliance with policy and procedure.

Partner with the Regional Business Manager by providing reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.

Implement and refine business processes, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

Proactively assess risks and seize opportunities to expand and strengthen services.

About You

You're a natural leader who thrives on making a difference. You will bring:

A proven ability to inspire and influence teams to deliver person-centred supports.

Strong leadership experience in disability services, particularly in managing SIL homes.

A track record of developing and supporting team leaders to achieve their best.

Confidence in guiding teams through change and embedding new ways of working.

Experience in incident management and effective follow-up.

In-depth knowledge of the NDIS, NDIA Quality and Safeguards Commission, and compliance requirements.

Financial acumen with experience in developing and monitoring budgets.

Expertise in resolving customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to foster trust and collaboration.

A solution-focused mindset, with a passion for identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
