We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, client-centred innovator to lead the design of true client-led services brand and quality across Community Services products, services, and locations to ensure Sunnyfield delivers our mission of enriching the lives of people with Disability.

Reporting to the Operations Manager of Community Services, you’ll be entrusted to drive real impact with your inspiring and innovative leadership in achieving client choice, empowerment, and goals. You will lead and deliver the client strategic initiatives including accountability of outcomes and culture of continuous improvement. This includes the design and implementation of a framework and operating infrastructure to promote and capture innovation and inclusion in service design, quality and impact of our services that reflects the ‘Voice of Customer’ of clients and staff to meet our strategic priorities.

- You have proven experience in client-led engagement, developing and embedding quality products and services to impact outcomes for the people we support
