About the Role
Want to be part of a fun and engaged team focused on supporting the team at Sunnyfield? Our Compliance Manager is part of the Quality, Risk and Compliance Team supporting the implementation of Sunnyfield’s Risk Management and Compliance Policy, Framework and Procedures. The role works closely with business units as a trusted advisor, maintaining the Compliance Plan, supporting the business units to implement policies, procedures, controls and reporting to ensure that compliance obligations are met. Partnering with business owners on how best meet compliance obligations and the provision of insightful reporting are key components of this role.
**Key focus**:
- Maintain Sunnyfield’s Compliance Management Plan, in conjunction with stakeholders and legal advisors.
- Interpret regulatory and compliance obligations.
- Identification and support of compliance obligations owners.
- Develop and enhance policies, procedures, or guides, working closely with frontline staff to improve the risk management and compliance policy framework.
- Design and implementation of controls in conjunction with obligation owners.
- Provide control monitoring and testing support to obligation and control owners.
- Manage compliance breaches and material risks.
- Risk Appetite Statement and Key Risk Indicator monitoring and reporting.
- Provide insightful, informative, and succinct reporting of services for senior management.
- Incident root cause analysis and thematic analysis.
- Continuous improvement of risk management and compliance management practices.
