**About Sunnyfield Enterprises**
The Sunnyfield Enterprises division offers TGA commercial packaging and assembly solutions for local, national, and international brands whilst creating employment opportunities for people with disability. In addition, our employment programs support School Leavers with new experiences, opportunities, and skills for life and work through multiple training centres.
**About the Role**:
The Assistant Production Manager supports day-to-day operations within our TGA environment at both our Allambie Heights and Mt Druitt operations. Reporting to the production manager, this role involves planning, organising, leading and training our staff to achieve production plans on time, within quality standards, safely and to budget. You'll also develop a positive team culture and ensure our operations run efficiently.
**About You**
- You have a proven production background gained within Disability, FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing with demonstrated experience balancing operational performance, planning and delivery.
- You enjoy planning, engaging stakeholders and developing people through your highly developed communication skills.
- You’re determined to make a positive difference to clients’ lives, your team, and your local community
- You can lead and collaborate in a dynamic team environment with flexibility and a strong sense of ownership
- You have demonstrated ability to communicate and build partnerships with a diverse range of people
- You have proven experience using ERP systems, Navision would be advantageous
