**About the Role**

Our Finance team is looking for an energetic, process driven accounts payable professional to join our team at Allambie Heights. This role requires a highly organized individual who is capable of building and maintaining good relationships with staff members to accurately record business expenses.
- Processing and verifying GL and cost centre coding in a high volume environment
- Chasing outstanding purchase orders
- Processing card reconciliations
- OCR processing of invoices and staff expenses claims
- EOM processing and accruals
- Support and training of staff in the wider business on Card reconciliations, creation Purchase orders for GL, Fixed Assets, fundraising and other entries
- Processing weekly payments
- Regular communication with suppliers

**About You**
- Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, internal controls and general accounting is required
- Attention to detail is must along with strong analytical and problem solving skills, customer service focus, timeline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams and ERP systems such as Navision or similar OCR system
- Able to prioritise tasks, work independently and multi-task
- A strong team player, who can work closely with finance colleagues and collaborate well with internal stake holders
