We are looking for experienced support workers to join our Aus Able team where we provide high quality supports to individuals with disabilities under the NDIS.

**Your Role and Responsibilities, may include the following**_**:_
- Assisting our participants with every day tasks, such as personal care or meal preparation and help build a routine.
- Assist with personal hygiene or medical assistance.
- Plan and execute community-focused activities.
- Transport our participants to appointments and outings.
- Provide consistent care and support to all participants, adhering to safety standards.
- Implement creative and innovative ways to engage our participants to meet their NDIS goals

**To be successful in the role, you will require the following**:

- Industry related qualification
- NDIS worker screening clearance
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check
- Current Driver’s Licence (P1 or above) and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Working rights in Australia

**Work Environment**:

- This position may require working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and overnight to meet the needs of our clients.
