OTR Health is a leading mobile Allied Health provider delivering Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, and Remedial Massage services directly to clients in their homes. We proudly support clients across Home Care Packages, NDIS, Rehab in the Home, and Residential Aged Care.
About the Role
Due to ongoing growth and new partnerships, we're seeking a Physiotherapist to join our expanding team.
- Location: Residential Aged Care & potential home visits
- Employment type: Part-time or Full-time
- Caseload: Predominantly elderly clients and people living with a disability
- Work style: Flexible, autonomous, and client-focused
This role requires a broad range of clinical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work largely independently while staying connected with our supportive management and admin team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical health,
factoring in their medical history, injuries, and existing conditions.
- Craft customised treatment plans that cater to each patient's specific
needs, emphasising mobility enhancement, pain relief, and functional
autonomy.
- Deliver hands-on physiotherapy interventions, such as manual therapy,
exercise prescription, therapeutic modalities, and education on injury
prevention and self-management techniques.
- Consistently monitor and record patients' progress, adjusting treatment
plans as necessary to assure ideal outcomes.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, their families,
and other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care to
guarantee a comprehensive and coordinated approach.
- Adhere strictly to ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring patient
confidentiality and maintaining professional behaviour at all times.
- Stay current with the most recent developments in physiotherapy
practices and techniques through ongoing learning and professional
growth.

Essential Criteria
- Current AHPRA Registration (open to supervision level 3–4 Limited Registration)
- Indemnity Insurance (minimum $20 million cover)
- Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Up to date Influenza & COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- Current National Police Check / NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and people skills
Desirable Criteria
- Previous Residential Aged Care / Private Practice experience
- Previous Community Therapy experience
