**Based on site your role will include**:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director and other team members
Oversee general office management issues.
Arrange and coordinate calendar appointments and coordinate meeting times both internal and external as required
Format reports, presentations and correspondence to a high professional standard
Minutes meetings when required and distributes minutes in a timely manner
Coordinate timely receipt of monthly executive reports and ensures proof reading and distribution is complete
Undertake general financial functions including but not limited to invoices processing
Undertake ad hoc tasks and duties as directed

**What we are seeking**:
Previous experience in the role of a personal secretary or executive assistant at a senior level
Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A team player with a can-do attitude
Advanced MS office skills
Ability to meet deadlines, work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks at the same time
Adept at building and managing relationships with various stakeholders
