You will work closely with LRE's skilled Project Team in the Hawthorn office, who focus on driving business growth and delivering exceptional outcomes for our internal and external customer base.

**The Role**

Bringing a comprehensive administrative lens to the Project Team, to ensure the quality and success of delivered projects are in line with LRE's business goals and objectives.
- Support project team members in administrative duties and processes as directed by Manager - Projects.
- Collaborate with the whole project team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle.
- Prepare and distribute project materials.
- Action daily administrative functions of a project or program.
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure that deadlines are met, and tasks are completed on time.
- Liaise with stakeholders ensuring an accurate and secure audit trail of documents and key decisions.
- Demonstrate commitment to maintain stakeholder confidentiality.
- Proven success working with multiple key stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role and industry is desirable.
- Agents Representative is desired.
