We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities and developmental delays to achieve their goals Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), lifestyle options and therapy across 100 locations in Victoria.

**About The Role**

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Implementation Manager to work within our projects team on an 18 month fixed term contract.
- Propose options for a rollout strategy outlining impacts to business and project timelines
- Develop detailed implementation plans that encompasses the allocation of staff, customers, systems, and processes during each phase.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define implementation scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the financial success of the One Scope program implementation.

**About You**

We are seeking an Implementation Manager with:

- Experience implementing large projects with excellent customer engagement skills and the ability to bring people along for the ride
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration).
- Proven experience in managing complex system implementation projects in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. - Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in system implementation and integration
