**About The Position**:
The Office Coordinator/Management Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our head office team and managing the office to ensure efficient day to day operation.
This role will support the team with a variety of tasks which will see your day be full of interesting projects and activities.
**What will I be doing?**
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the calendars, coordinate meetings and events including preparation of presentations and taking meeting minutes
- Book travel/accommodation arrangements
- Administrative assistance to the management team
- Day to day office management including welcoming guests, coordinate functions and conferences, room bookings and catering.
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Support in project management activities
- Supporting property maintenance including booking suppliers.
**About You**:
Organisation and communication skills will be vital and the ability to effectively communicate will ensure duties are completed accurately and delivered with the highest of quality.
You will have the following attitudes to be successful in this role:
- Experience in a similar role providing professional support to a variety of supporting business functions.
- Experience with MS suite including creating PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent organisational skills, knowing how to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Accuracy is essential, providing high level commercial reports and presentations.
- A "Can-Do" positive attitude to helping colleagues.
