Discounted Patios Pty Ltd is Victorian based business that supplies Australian brands of steel patios, pergolas, verandahs & carports across the Melbourne Metropolitan areas.
Our company prides itself on highly professional, timely & caring services to its clients and an experienced Office Admininstration Coordinator is required to support our team.
**The Position**
This is a busy role that needs a high level of organisation and attention to detail. You need to enjoy working autonomously and be a good self-manager. You must have a strong ability to prioritise competing tasks and your initiative will be a key skill needed in this role. Prior knowledge in the building industry is advantageous but not necessary as full training will be provided.
**The Duties**
- Managing customer enquiries & the support queue via our CRM
- Liaising with building surveyors, local councils & water board authorities
- Project administration & reporting tasks
- Work from office location - Australian residents only to apply
**Essential Skills**
- Mature minded person with a high level of work ethic
- Experience in office administration & customer service
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Warm and friendly disposition with customers and team members
- Self-starter with strong time management skills
- High ability to prioritise competing tasks, manage timelines and follow up tasks without missing a beat
- Fast learner and open to learning entirely new areas
