**The Role**
The ability to manage employees’ personal information correctly and discretely is essential.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the APS Level 5 may include:
- manage the day-to-day enquiries of the HR People Mailbox and hotline
- provide advice to employees for general leave enquiries and other general human resources matters
- complete correspondence to external stakeholders such as Statements of Service
- prepare maternity leave schedules, draft voluntary redundancy calculations
- review fortnightly pay exception reports to identify errors or incomplete processing of pay and leave entitlements and provide advice to SDO for correction of errors
- develop/ review SOP documentation where required
- stay up to date with policies and guidelines to provide correct up to date advice
- implement process improvements
**Qualifications and Education**
Human resources qualifications and/or certification is desirable but not essential
