**Your new company**
The is an exciting Human Resource Policy Officer position where you will have the opportunity to work in a high profile Federal Government Agency that plays a key role in the polices and legislation Governing Parliament and the Australian population.

**Your new role**
As an Human Resource Policy Officer you will work in a mid sized team where you will contribute by fulfilling a critical position where the duties are inclusive of, but not limited to the following;
- Writing of HR policy and standard operating procedures
- Liaise with internal staff to provide advice on employment pay and conditions in line with policy and legislation
- Work with the broader HR team to assist in the facilitation of end to end recruitment processes
- Coordination of Human Resources reports
- Other general tasks as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience and be able to navigate the Aurion HRIMS, you will also need experience in the above listed tasks.

This role is only open to Australian Citizens and you must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance. (Baseline, NV1 or NV2)
