One of our High-Profile Federal Government clients are looking to engage multiple **HR Advisors/HR Officers** to join their newly built team in **Canberra.** On offer is both Ongoing and Non-Ongoing fixed term work. The successful **HR Advisors/HR Officers** will be required to provide strong advice to senior leaders on key HR functions.

The successful** HR Advisors/Officers **will be responsible for the below:

- Looking after Recruitment and Workforce Planning
- Providing HR support to internal and external stakeholders
- Establishing clear plans to understand the business area and what HR Services need to be implemented
- Supporting internal requests as part APS legislation

The successful **HR Advisors/Officers **will have experience in the following:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Government or Private sector
- Experience with Recruitment, Workforce Planning and Reporting
- Understanding of HR management and awareness of contemporary HR solutions
- Good research and analytical thinking skills
