**About the Company**

Davidson is currently working with a Government Agency to find experienced and highly skilled HR Officers.

**About the Role**

The responsibilities of the HR Officer include managing the employee life cycle, maintaining personnel files for administrative tasks, and coordinating HR-related inquiries. The Recruitment Officer is responsible for quality checking recruitment documentation, arranging necessary checks, and coordinating employee onboarding. Both officers are responsible for maintaining employee personnel files, reviewing work area processes and documentation, providing accurate advice to stakeholders, and completing regular resourcing updates and reporting tools.

They are also responsible for processing invoices, identifying and escalating compliance risks, following Agency policies and procedures, and providing general administrative support to the People and Capability team.

They are expected to meet deadlines, make decisions within parameters, and escalate complex issues to the work area lead. Additionally, they are required to take reasonable care for their own health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace.

**About You**

You will be experienced with various aspects of the employee life cycle, such as probationary periods, end-to-end employment-related processes, onboarding, exits, and maintaining personnel files.

Additionally, you will have experience in learning and development activities, work health and safety administrative tasks, performance and development, remuneration inquiries, as well as organisational restructures, reporting and recruitment.
