**Your new company**

You will be working within an organisation dedicated to providing secure, effective, and environmentally responsible services to the aviation industry. They are responsible for the safe and efficient management of Australia’s skies with the aim of supporting the long-term growth of the industry.

**Your new role**

You will be responsible for supporting successful administration, reporting and governance functions while ensuring team cohesion and alignment with industry best practice methodologies and compliance with relevant frameworks.

Other duties will include:

- Provide day to day support and coordination through responsiveness to the Program Coordinators needs and priorities. This could include diary management, deliverable approvals, communications, meetings, forums, and workshops.
- Coordinate program administration processes including HR, on-boarding and associated approvals.
- Provide financial coordination.
- Develop and manage monthly reporting and governance cycles with the Program Coordinator.
- Develop and communicate weekly updates for the internal team.
- Manage RAID registers to maintain accurate records.
- Other duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will have previous experience working in a Portfolio or Program Management Office as well as experience working in program and/or project delivery (ideally in relation to service transition or migration). You will need strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate with ICT and business professionals. You will be confident dealing with stakeholders and have demonstrated experience with regard to interpersonal, consultative, organisational and facilitation skills. A certificate in PRINCE2 and proficiency with Microsoft Suite are desirable.
