**Your new company**
Hays technology is currently partnered with a large financial services organisation located in Brisbane CBD. We are seeking to engage an experienced Project Coordinator who has experience in financial services for an initial 12 month contract to the end of financial year with probable extension

**Your new role**
In this role you will be engaged as a Project Coordinator working across a variety of ICT projects

Key responsibilities:

- Schedule management
- Budget and Resource management
- Risks and issue management
- Updatng the PPM tool with schedule, budget, risks and issues on a periodic basis
- Assist in the preparation of fortnightly status reports in MS PowerPoint
- Assisting the Project and Program Managers in the production of Project Documentation
- Coordinating new starter onboarding and IT system access for project team members
- Arranging and co-ordinating workshops and meetings

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- Previous experience in project coordinator positions supporting IT projects
- Experience maintaining project budgets - maintaining forecasts and actuals
- Experience with project scheduling, tracking and updating deliverables and milestones
- Formal project reporting experience using a Project / Portfolio Management tool
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence would be desirable
