**The Opportunity |**
This top national law firm is looking for a project coordinator or a project manager to pave the way in their Legal Service Innovation team.

**The Role**:
Successfully implementing and delivering tasks externally and internally through an innovative and adaptive way known as the agile framework. Such collaboration with the legal team and other departments is an integral component in undertaking the following tasks:

- Budgeting legal matters
- Developing and implement systems, templates, and procedures to enable efficient matter management.
- Determining the right management framework using both tradition and agile management approaches.
- Designing appropriate reports for awareness and insight.
- Motivate and coordinate alignment of legal teams undertake defined plans
- Organise project teams into relevant work groups and guide them, to achieve business deliverables within the proposed timeframe and budget.
- Facilitate communication and lead meetings to enhance coordination, awareness, and control.

**You Ideally Have**:

- 3+ years' experience in a project coordinator / management role.
- Awareness of core principles of knowledge management, information technology and data use within the legal industry.
- Knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methods.
