**Your new company**

**Your new role**
You will report to the Manager, Product Services & Compliance and work closely with Product Portfolio Leads across multiple areas and the organisations Product Development Network, in coordinating and supporting the delivery of project outcomes related to the development of learning and assessment resources for updated training packages.

Duties will include:

- Liaise and build productive working relationships with key stakeholders, including members of the Product Services team, Product Development Network, Product Portfolios, and Subject Matter Experts to drive project outcomes.
- Act as the conduit between key stakeholders, providing regular reporting on the status of project deliverables and milestones.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including continual assessment and reporting on projects issues, schedule, resources, and requirements to ensure that projects are implemented within agreed timeframes, quality, and budget.
- Facilitate the day-to-day management of project activities and report as required to the manager, identifying risks and proposed mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate project meetings for product deliverables for the Product Services team, including planning agendas, minutes, actions, and outcomes.
- Maintain the records management systems, and coordinate the flow of correspondence relating to projects, including follow up action where required.
- Contribute to improvement in business processes and practices by encouraging an environment where high quality work is achieved and is supported by the development and adherence to quality systems.
