As a HR Lead at Zeller, you’ll provide leadership and support to Zeller’s leaders, people managers, and employees to build and deliver HR programs and initiatives to completion. You’ll be a champion for employee engagement and experience, ensuring that all Zeller team members feel supported in their roles, and have a clear understanding of their position, remuneration, progression, and development within the company. No two days will be the same, and you’ll be on the frontline collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver your HR strategy from recruitment and onboarding, to performance management and coaching, and more. Zeller’s HR Lead will drive engagement and culture-building initiatives with a strong sense of ownership and a "get things done" attitude. You’re effective at managing multiple projects at once, highly detail-oriented and organised, like to be busy and productive, learn quickly, and have a track record of being adaptable in a fluid, high-growth environment. **Roles and responsibilities**: - Develop HR strategies and initiatives that align with Zeller’s overall business strategy - Partner with business leaders and people managers on all day-to-day employee matters, consultation, coaching, performance, and development - Manage end-to-end recruitment including role evaluation, talent pool growth and management, advertising, screening, and interview processes in conjunction with hiring managers - Management of the annual performance review process, including leader coaching to ensure consistent delivery and effective communication - Develop and maintain HR documentation including letters of offer, contracts, induction plans, policies and processes - Creation and execution of onboarding and offboarding for all employees - Create and drive leadership and employee development programs - Support finance in the delivery of monthly payroll, ensuring that all information is current and accurate - Maintenance and upkeep of the HR technology stack (including Linkedin Recruiter, Employment Hero, Glassdoor and more) - Facilitate planning of team events and culture-building activities, including monthly all-hands, annual celebrations, and ‘surprise and delight’ initiatives - Support and drive internal communication to ensure that all Zeller employees globally are engaged, active participants of our community - In general, you’re a people champion - you have a great ‘vibe’ and the ability to anticipate the needs of team members in advance **Qualifications and experience**: - Hands-on experience in a similar role and level, where you’ve managed multiple stakeholders and projects, ideally in a high-growth environment, or relevant experience that positions you ready to step up into the role - Knowledge of employee relations, including performance management, talent acquisition and management, safety practices and laws - Experience in drafting new employee and HR policies from scratch - A strong bias towards execution, and an openness to feedback, collaboration and teamwork - A willingness to get your hands dirty to solve any problem or progress any opportunity **How we work** Our team thrives on the energy of being together.
