With the Australian operation expanding & due to a recent restructure, they are looking for a HR Coordinator to assist the HR Manager and the ANZ business. Based in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs, this is a great opportunity for a HR professional looking to join a large and growing international FMCG organisation.

**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the HR Manager will lead the HR function with responsibilities which include:

- Maintaining the data base including conducting periodic analysis and reporting
- Updating company policies and procedures in accordance with current legislation and company guidelines
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and selection activities
- Assisting with the onboarding/induction process
- Assisting with the execution of the employee engagement program and other HR initiatives
- Planning and executing HR events; workplace celebrations/functions, training programs, workshops etc.
- Assisting with the management of training records and execution of various training programs as required.
- Address or escalate all HR queries in a timely manner
- Assist with OH&S Management; work health safety policy & procedure, workers compensation claims, workplace injury management and return to work processes
- Actively participate and assist with any global HR projects

**Your Ideal Experience**:

- HR tertiary qualifications or studying towards
- Knowledge of ER/IR and OHS.
- Experience in Fair Work legislation and Award interpretation
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
